Position: Medical Supervisor

Location: Flint, MI

Shift timings: Day 5x8-Hour

Compensation: Pay rate (Negotiable) + All benefits

Full- time position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the medical team
• Lead and oversee all pods
• Create new policies and processes in response to barriers or weakness in the current process
• Create individual goals for residents & staff
• Complete performance evaluations based on written expectations

Required:

• State of Michigan licensed RN.
• Experience in Adult Foster Care a plus
